A leader in the educational products industry has an immediate need for a Sales Representative to present and sell their high quality editorial and textbook development services in the all major K-12 disciplines to potential and existing clients.

 

Major duties and responsibilities include:

 Developing and managing client relationshipsManaging and growing the sales teamAchieving sales goals in accordance with strategic plansAssisting with the development of the overall sales budget and maintaining budget within established parametersGathering and analyzing market intelligenceAssisting with the development of marketing materialsExtensive overnight travel

 

Qualifications include:

 3+ years of solid and successful outside K-12 Educational Publishing sales experience developing new accounts and managing existing ones Editorial experience in K-12 Publishing is a BIG PLUS!Must be a self-motivated, fast learner with a passion for selling and a drive to succeed!

A competitive compensation package will be offered that includes a commensurate base salary, bonus/commission, full benefits, paid travel expenses and home-office equipment.
