Sales & Service Administrator
Standard Office Systems is the largest independent copier dealership in the Atlanta area, located in Duluth, Georgia.
We are currently seeking a detailed individual with at least 2 years experience working in an Accounting role. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment, work under pressure; meet deadlines, while maintaining open communication with various constituencies. Respond to the requests of the sales and service department within the context of SOS policies and procedures. The individual should work well in a team environment and willing to help in other administrative areas as needed.
Major Goals and Responsibilities:Submit and track lease applicationsProvide contract pricing approval and volume changes.Set up and administer service contractsParticipate in the meter collection processSubmit and track payoff requestsCoordinate trade in programsMaintain current territory assignments for databaseCoordinate return of equipment to leasing vendors of assigned team(s)Coordinate with Dealers and Service Dept on Ship In dealsLog contact activity with various leasing companies – buyout/upgrades/lease approvals (excel spreadsheet)Monitor asset reports for leasing companies to ensure system integrity.Field customer calls regarding Sales and Service issuesEnter customer calls activity into SalesLogix for rep customer contact Assist/handle any amendments/supplements as needed.Research all issues related to assigned team(s)Process sales order billing, commissions, for assigned teamSpecial Projects as assigned

Toughest Part of the Job:

Qualifications:Accounting or Business Degree, or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years Administrative /Accounting experience. Good written and verbal skills required.Must be computer literate, intermediate to advance skills, excel a must.
