We are currently in search of a creative and motivated professional to join our sales team as 

 Sales Service Representative

 

This position will assist the Catalog Group sales team by communicating both internally with multiple corporate contacts and externally with customers.  This position will be located out of our offices in Dallas, TX.

 

Some of the responsibilities will include monitoring customer quotes, prepare price/quote requests, receipt of purchase orders. Assist in maximizing potential profitability of accounts in coordination with customers, pricing, scheduling and credit. Coordinating with customers and appropriate manufacturing facility, the scheduling of work and monitoring of production. Work with the customers to develop creative concepts and solutions to their printing needs. Also, responsible for coordination and management of administrative functions such as; filing, facsimile, email, mail, telephone calls, data entry, and other duties as required.

 

Qualified candidates will have strong knowledge and understanding of the printing process, excellent written/verbal communication skills, be creative and possess good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Experience in advertising and/or print production preferred but not required.  Possess applicable experience working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Onyx QWCRM experience helpful.  Post secondary diploma/degree preferably with a sales/marketing discipline and/or printing experience desired.
