Your tasks
This challenging position evaluates, directs, and completes the financial planning, budget, forecasting, and re-forecasting processes and reports within the Brown Logistics Services Department. This individual will provide management with complete and accurate financial data, identify plan variances, evaluate department workflows and provide recommendations for areas of improvement.

Our requirements
The individual we seek will, at a minimum, have completed a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, (accounting preferred), with a minimum GPA of 3.00, both overall and in the major.
MBA desirable, but not required.
A minimum of 5 years significant accounting experience is required.
Strong financial analysis experience is required, while cost analysis is a plus, it is not required.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and must want to work in a team-based work environment.
Have a well demonstrated work ethic, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must demonstrate well developed computer skills using SAP, Word, Outlook, Advanced Excel and other relevant software.
Must be able to work permanently in the U.S.
Must be able and willing to travel by commercial aircraft and by automobile as required.
Must possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator's license.
