Position Title: Senior Treasury Analyst

Location: New York, Pleasantville

 

Job Description: Major Tasks

Prepare OIE budget and quarterly updates.

Assist with Foreign exchange trades and maintain required documentation.  Input trades into Oracle 
Treasury system and notify trade parties of activity.

Manage and administer all inter-company activity (loans, interco payment netting system, etc.).

Manage letter of credit system and coordinate issuance of letters of credit to support operating activities.

Take lead on various Treasury cost savings initiatives.

Areas of Responsibility

Other Income/Expense (OIE) Budget & Quarterly 
Analysis

Work with Assistant Treasurer to Manage Foreign 
Exchange Exposures

Intercompany Transactions

Issue and Maintain Letters of Credit

Treasury projects

Back-up for daily cash management

Expected Control Activities and Relevant Approval Levels

Maintain Bank Signatories

Maintain Corporate Netting System

Authorized signor for Debt and Investment Decisions

Foreign Exchange Execution

Sox Controls – FX, Intercompany, LC’s

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years experience in Corporate Treasury or Bank Operations environmentExcellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills necessary Strong interpersonal and management skills Attention to detail and compliance with all policies and internal control procedures are essential Ability to work independently and have a team player attitude Computer proficiency and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Experience with Oracle and/or Oracle Treasury module a plus Prior Foreign Exchange trading experience a plus
