Sony PlayStation®: F/T Merchandising Account Representative - Los Angeles
Los Angeles, CaliforniaThis is a full-time position!Full-time retail-merchandising account representative, 35-37.5 hours per week, within Los Angeles. We are looking for qualified candidates to maximize product sales by providing thorough product education and executing merchandising objectives in an assigned retail territory. Ideal applicant will be pro-active, results driven and work well independently while adhering to a rotational schedule. Candidate will also incorporate the ability to train/present/demo in a large group setting, as well as support special events and promotions. Responsibilities:Educating store personnel on the PlayStationn® product line. Placing promotional Point of Purchase (POP) materials. Monitoring product inventory and sales. Acting as the company's liaison to assigned retail stores. Resetting product displays. Maintaining the overall appearance of the PlayStationn® product area. Repairing interactive display kiosks. Set-up products to plan-o-grams. Move product from stockroom to sales floor.

Requirements: Prior experience in retail and merchandising. Prior public speaking experience. Experience influencing shelf and display decisions by store management. Experience communicating with store management and associates to build positive relationships. Reliable daily transportation to travel within your assigned territory. Intermediate skills and experiences with MS Office Applications, Lotus Notes and the internet. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to lift 40lbs.
