Sr. Compensation Analyst

Studies and analyzes salaried, hourly, middle, and top management positions and prepares job descriptions based on job responsibility, questionnaires and personal interviews. Conducts and completes salary surveys. Prepares various reports for analysis and assists in the administration of various compensation programs.QualificationsBachelor s degree in related field or equivalent experience and at least 5 years previous compensation related experience is required.Demonstrated knowledge of compensation administration theory and practice a plus.Strong organization, analytical and communication skills.Familiarity with related laws and regulations impacting compensation practices.Demonstrated computer skills including a strong working knowledge of Excel.
