State Graphic Design Manager - Miramar, FL

Responsibilities:

•Working closely with 4 statewide design teams, on-site coordinators and account managers to coordinate daily work flow
•Ensuring processes and procedures are followed by all design personnel as well as communicating status to management on a daily basis
•Communicating directly with clients to understand and resolve any outstanding issues
•Running daily reports for client teams to ensure work flow is on-time and accurate
•Coordinating and verifying month-end billings
•Understanding proprietary software to provide support to users and designers (i.e., user lists, shipping locations, brand maintenance and organizational hierarchy)
•General support for design team and client contacts

•Familiarity with graphic arts and point of sale marketing is a plus (but not required)

Required Programs / Additional Skills:

•Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Work in the alcohol beverage industry. This includes server, waitress, waiter or bartender experience
•Graphics design background
•Print and Pre-Press knowledge or work in related industry
