Currently, the Rights Management Department is seeking a Subsidiary Rights Contract Associate or Assistant to join their team in our New York City office.

Your tasks
This position is responsible for drafting and reviewing subsidiary rights contracts (both foreign and domestic), maintaining/updating the rights management database, performing research, negotiating contracts with licensees, and assisting the subsidiary rights sales group with a variety of issues. Job title will be commensurate with experience.

Our requirements
Individual must have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as strong attention to detail. Needs to be able to multi-task and work independently. Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent PC skills required. Office experience required with at least 1 year of contract experience a plus.
