Telesales Representative

Standard Register Company is currently seeking a motivated sales professional to work on our Corporate Inside Sales team.  This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to maintain an existing territory of business as well as prospect target accounts for new business. Standard Register considers this to be a “solutions-oriented” telesales position that uses consultative sales techniques, training and tools to provide you with every opportunity for success.Inside Sales Position Profile:Primary Job Responsibilities: · Sell full range of supplies, products, and services utilizing telesales, consultative selling skills · New business development/Account acquisition· Monitor, manage & analyze your opportunity funnel · Sell full range of document management supplies, products, and services utilizing telesales, consultative selling skills · Develop and maintain prospective customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads · Consult with customers to identify needs and provide solutions  Knowledge and Experience Requirements: · Must be able to demonstrate sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement· Telesales, solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: Hardware, Software, Printing supplies, or General office supplies· Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study · Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization · Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills · Well-Developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor· Permanent authorization to live and work in the United States  As a major business leader, we offer competitive compensation, incentives, benefits and clear advancement potential.  Standard Register is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
