Agora Inc. has an immediate opening for a French-speaking Training Specialist to assist in providing training to our international affiliates. The Training Specialist delivers training for staff through a variety of methods including formal classroom training, Web-based training, and other venues deemed appropriate.

 

The Training Specialist should be ready to learn and implement the current training programs to international affiliates (specifically those located in France). Actively contribute to planning trainings and aligning with corporate initiatives. Evaluates training effectiveness and impact. Works with internal clients and internal/external learning resources.

 

The qualifications are important, but it is just important that this individual personally fits our team, executes their duties, and is not afraid to be innovative.

 

·  Computer savvy

·  Previously used WebEx or other online conferencing tools

·  Fluent in French

·  Willing to travel in the US and abroad

·  Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally
