Web Architect

Today's Graphics Inc, a mid-sized communication company headquartered in Philadelphia, has an opening for a Web Architect in our marketing services department. TGI is a recognized leader in the print communication industry and has recently experienced rapid growth in our web-based and electronic solutions department.  The company is looking to expand the department with an additional web architect to support our vision for the future.

Web Architect (Technical Implementation) Responsibilities:

Position is responsible for the implementation, configuration and support for company’s hosted ecommerce service and integrated direct marketing service.  This position will play an important role in reviewing client requirements, making recommendations for technical architecture of service. Individual is also responsible for all testing and review of web services. Additional responsibilities include implementing all electronic components for multi-media direct marketing campaigns and supporting the internal MIS department to implement upgrades for the company’s operations management software.

 

Requirements:

Web development certificate, bachelor’s degree preferred

Knowledge of commercial or digital printing process

Adept at Quark, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design, Photoshop

Javascript and HTML coding

Knowledge ASP.net and SQL

2 to 5 years experience in a professional environment
