You will acquire intelligence about how RCD may access a source’s relevant information and documents from the web, including bid notices, plans & specs, plan holders and post-bid information and then integrate that data into designated systems. This position requires you to make time sensitive decisions which will immediately impact product quality and marketability.

Qualifications:

Primary responsibilities:• Contacts source to inquire about changes made to content posted on the website as required.• Notate websites for continuous monitoring and data extraction.• Enter data from websites that cannot be extracted by other methods.• Meet or exceed all position goals for productivity and quality. To be successful, you should possess the following qualifications:1. Web savvy: in depth knowledge of where and how to locate pertinent data on various websites effectively and efficiently. 2. Ability to easily distinguish and identify essential reporting data from superfluous website information.3. Concerned about quality of work & understand the sense of urgency.4. Able to overcome objections; Strong sense of urgency & work ethic.5. Comfortable working with various software applications.6. Upbeat, positive and accepting of change.7.
