Accomplishes mortgage loan application objectives by contacting customers, and accurately completing mortgage application - adhering to applicable laws and company procedures. Attention to detail required.

Is a compelling and articulate communicator over phone and email. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Effectively manage time to ensure maximum productivity with minimal supervision. Keep manager informed of potential problems or issues in an effort to maintain high productivity, avoid problems, and prevent bottlenecks that prohibit you from meeting your objectives.

Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.

Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.

Takes an exhaustive approach to every task. Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort.

Approves mortgage loans by examining application and supporting documentation; estimating credit-worthiness; calculating repayment risk.

Proficient at analyzing mortgage application qualification criteria and recommending appropriate solutions.

Proficiency in using Windows, Outlook and basic computer skills. Calyx Point experience a plus.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience - College Degree Preferred
