We are an established (more than 30 years), successful company headquartered in Chicago. We are a multidimensional real estate management firm whose focus is in manufactured home communities in the Midwest. We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager for our locations in Elgin/DeKalb (you will be splitting your time between locations). We are looking for a professional with decisiveness and common sense to make our operation a model of efficiency. This position will be very appealing to you if you have clerical and people skills and are looking for a chance to prove yourself and grow with an aggressive company that is a leader in its' field.

Some property management experience would be a plus and bilingual Spanish is a must.
