Account Executive / Manager
Account Executive – Tri-State Area
One of the largest commercial service providers in New York City, seeks experienced Account Executive for our clients located in the tri-state areas. Our clients - property managers, asset managers, facilities managers, and maintenance directors - count on us to provide exceptional customer service and a hands-on approach to maintaining their property. You will be responsible for all aspects of the client relationship.
Responsibilities include:Scheduling work orders and service requests. Responding to client issues and complaints. Effective communication with the Operations team. Frequent site visits to client locations. Proactive communication with clients. Meeting established sales goals. Up selling additional services.
RequirementsMinimum 5+ years account management experience. Professional interpersonal communication skills. Problem solving ability is essential. Organization and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills and ability to manage calendar, schedule appointments and follow up on open items. Ability to work independently at multiple off-site locations in NJ, CT and Long Island. Advanced computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word. Must be adept at using technology such as Blackberry/cell phone/laptop computer, to communicate with office and clients while off-site. Clear driving record.
Prior experience in property management, facilities, maintenance or real estate industry is helpful.
