Accounting ManagerLarge Real Estate Company – SF Bay Area$120,000 + bonusEssential Functions - Review and/or prepare reports for senior management and investors. - Monitor short-term cash position of assigned properties and projects and work with investors and other groups to ensure that the appropriate level of liquidity is maintained. - Assist project management group in maintaining long-term cash flow and valuation models for existing and potential projects utilizing software. - Supervise Project Accountants assigned to properties and projects as assigned. - Monitor the internal control environment at assigned projects. - Ensure the basic accounting records are being maintained on time, accurately, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures and that the information therein is properly compiled in the related reports, in accordance with applicable requirements. - Compliance with all necessary external and internal accounting and reporting requirements including, if necessary, Sarbanes-Oxley. - Special projects as assigned which could include due diligence work for acquisitions, dispositions, and other transactions. - Assist Senior Controllers on various accounting and finance initiatives and projects.Experience / Education - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university acquired - Seven-plus years of professional accounting experience – public accounting experience required - CPA requiredIf interested in this position, please forward resume to kate.dwyer@parkerlynch.com Company: Parker and Lynch Status: Full Time, Employee Location: San Francisco, CA 94104 Salary: USD 120,000.00 /year Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Work Experience: 7+ to 10 Years Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
