Accounting Specialist - Payable/Receivable

Residential property management company has immediate finance opening

Duties:

* Prepare work to be processed by gathering, sorting, and organizing data and documents.

* Process and review detail of vendor invoices daily.

* Pay accounts by issuing checks for approved invoices.

* Records deposits.

* Balances bank accounts daily.

* Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations in excel.

*Prepares weekly excel reports.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Skills/Qualifications required:Intermediate excel and Microsoft word skillsComputer skillsAbility to multi task in a fast paced environmentAttention to detail Organizational skillsGeneral Math SkillsIntegrity and pride in workAble to meet tight deadlinesAble to work with team effectively and respectfullyEducation : Associate Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business
