Accounts Payable Specialist/Supervisor

The Accounts Payable Specialist/Supervisor is responsible for collecting and processing company invoices in a timely and efficient manner and overseeing others who perform any accounts payable functions.  Responsibilities include the management of multiple bank accounts…keeping them funded and budgeted for bank draws and investor wire transfers, process credit applications, credit card reconciliation, cost allocation and payment.  The Accounts Payable Specialist/Supervisor will be cross trained in other areas of the accounting department and will assist in any day to day department needs upon request.

 

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years experience in accounts payable.Ability to supervise, manage and motivate others.Knowledge of general accounting principles.Excellent computer skills, esp. Excel and QuickBooksStrong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 Working Knowledge of Skyline accounting softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skills
