Acquisition Analyst

EXCITING YOUNG ENERGETIC REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY is looking for a 1-5 year experienced candidate that wants to get in on ‘the ground floor’ of a rapidly growing firm.

 

We are looking for an associate to work with the owner(s) of the company in the acquisition, development and finance area for commercial real estate. The associate will participate in the following tasks:

 

Real Estate Investment Analysis

Market Analysis

Underwriting Acquisitions

Financial Analysis using Excel and Argus

Interaction with brokers, principals, consultants and financial institutions

Potential acquisition site visits

Due Diligence analysis

Oversee Marketing Campaign

Investor, Capital Partner, and Client relationship development

 

The candidate must possess:

 

Positive, energetic attitude

Strong business writing and communication skills

Strong financial statement analysis and projection modeling skills

Strong all around research and due diligence skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word.

Proficient in Adobe. 

Proficient in Argus.
