Administrative Office Assistant Opportunity with ONE OF THE 101 BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR!
Location: Vidor, TX Position Overview:The administrative office assitant is responsible for all back end office work of the sales center. In addition, this person will help with coordinating & organizing loan submittals and in closings with our customers. Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of all accounts payable and receivable and additional billing as required. - Conduct loan closings and insurance signing meetings. - Collect and review payroll for all employees at the location. - Maintaining an open line of communication between our factory, management, the sales force and most importantly, the customer.- Regularly meeting with customers, inspectors, factory reps, and contractors while coordinating and scheduling improvements to reach a goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Required Skills:- Microsoft Office skills.- Prior experience processing mortgage loans is helpful. - Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivables.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.- Strong customer service skills are a must!
