Provides secretarial support to the Social Services Department by performing general office functions: Preparing letters and memos; maintaining fiscal operating and other department records, and conducting special projects. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with all levels of personnel, especially senior citizens.  Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
