A nationwide REO outsourcing company has an immediate need for a Repair Analyst in our Wheat Ridge, CO office:

 

Repair Analyst

 

The Repair Analyst is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and approving all repairs by working with the Agents, Contractors, and Asset Team.  This position makes recommendations to Asset Team based on repair bids received and analysis of residential properties to be sent to our client for review and approval.  Provide support to Asset Team on properties that may have safety, hazardous and general repair issues.  This position must have 1 – 2 years REO repair oversight, residential repair, rehabbing, and/or construction experience.

 

Successful candidates must be highly motivated, professional, outgoing, detail oriented; possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, has the ability to work independently, excellent follow-up skills, and must be able to multi-task as well as prioritize and possess proficient computer skills.
