Provide support services to the Asset Managers in preparing the property for marketing.*Assign and direct agents in the determination of occupancy & preliminary stages of getting the property secured, cleaned up and BPO values submitted.*Order appraisals and review for repaired value*Order title commitments*Follow up on BPO, appraisal and title commitment orders*Review and approve property expenses*Distribute completed pre-marketing REO file to Asset Manager for marketing*Track and follow up on Monthly Marketing Reports and enter data in system*Track and follow up on listing referralsQualificationsQualifications:• High school graduate, advanced schooling beyond high school preferred but not required• Over two years of experience in the field services preferred• One year in the mortgage banking preferred but not requiredEducation:High School Diploma or Equivalent - some college desired but not requiredPostion Knowledge/Experience:One + years mortgage banking, real estate office or BPO department experience.Skills and Activities:Good PC and phone skills, multi-tasked, learns quickly, organized and able to work with various deadlinesThe First American Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
