Assistant Accounting Manager

 

Downtown Loft Community looking for an experienced Assistant Accounting Property Manager.  Multi Family Loft Community consists of 467 units with commercial and retail space as well.  Managed by a national accredited management company.

We are searching for a candidate who has previous and/or current multi family experience.  Candidate must be professional, goal driven, well spoken, detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and a true people person.  Must work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment.  Real Page Onesite experience is required.

This position is directly responsible for posting rent and fees, rental and utility collections, late notifications for rent and utilities, security deposit audits, end of month close out and daily software data entry.  Must also be able to discuss account balances with residents in a professional and effective manner.  Occasionally may be required to work a weekend day.
