This is a great opportunity for a person with a strong multi-family, residential property management background to take the next step in your career.  We are currently seeking an individual to assist in the management and operation of our NEWLY developed affordable-housing property for those 55 and older.  www.commonsofgrace.com

This position will be responsible for property operations; maintaining occupancy levels; ensuring positive tenant relations; managing a maintenance staff; handling tenant applications & re-certifications, and complying with all reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:Strong property operations knowledge with at least two (3) plus years experience.Proficiency with entering data into YARDI software very helpful. Familiarity in Section 42 / LIHTC / Tax Credit Housing a plus. Certifications or credentials such as ARM, CPM, COS, or HCCP a plus.
