Excellent position is now available in a fast growing, Multi-family Real Estate Investment firm for an Executive-minded Assistant Community Director.  Madison Apartment Group, L.P. (“Madison”) is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 22,000+ units and is located throughout the US. 

 

This team member will be accountable for the accurate and timely reporting/posting of rental and other income as well as weekly invoices using the company authorized accounting system.  This team member will also assist in the overall operations, sales, marketing and profitability of Madison @ Ridgelake located in Nashville, TN.  This individual must understand and successfully obtain owner’s objectives and financial goals.

 

The Assistant Community Director must have strong leadership skills with superior knowledge of residential real estate; a proven track record sourced by a dedicated drive, self-discipline and must be an energetic, organized team player.
