Assistant Resident Manager

Downtown Loft Community looking for an experienced Assistant Resident Property Manager.  Multi Family Loft Community consists of 467 units with commercial and retail space as well.  Managed by a national accredited management company.

 

We are searching for a candidate who has previous and/or current multi family experience.  Candidate must be professional, goal driven, well spoken, detail oriented, a multi-tasker, and a true people person.  Must work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment. 

 

This position is directly responsible for all renewals, resident retention, resident issues, preventative maintenance program and resident events.  This position focuses on the residents and services of the building.  Schedule must be flexible as events typically occur in the evenings.
