Benefits and Employee Services Representative

Position Description:

Interface with employees to provide quality customer service including resolving benefit and employee service-related issues, addressing questions, and communicating benefits and employee services information in a timely manner.Assist with the development, installation, and administration of new Company-wide benefit and employee services projects and programs.Administer and maintain the employee self-service (ESS) and manager self-service (MSS) features of SAP. Additional Qualifications: Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and experience with project administration.Very strong organization and attention to detail skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.SAP experience desired.

Qualifications:

Five or more years of experience in a relevant position. Bachelor's degree preferred.
