-Quick Books knowledge

-Ability to read financial statements and balance sheets

-Technical and detail oriented

-Multitasking administrative functions

-Organizing & filing

- In charge of preparing payments to contractors, and other related clients

-requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts;

-In charge of preparing payroll for personnel

-Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication, and General Math Skills

-Other bookkeeping duties using excel and word

-Candidate should be well spoken and honest with a clean employment history.
