Broker Direct Account Manager

We are seeking a Broker Direct Account Manager for the Montgomery County, Maryland region and the Alexandria and Arlington areas of Virginia.  Responsibilities include:

 Making sales calls to mortgage brokers to generate mortgage loan applicationsFollowing up with brokers to ensure that they comply with requests for additional documents needed to process and underwrite loan filesCommunicating with the home office on a regular basis regarding loan filesManaging the pipeline of loans to ensure movement from application to closingSoliciting new brokers for entrance into the Broker Direct Account ProgramConducting sales presentations to Broker AccountsAttending sales meetings and trade show functions

The successful candidate should have two years Wholesale Mortgage Experience.  A College degree is preferred.
