SALES MANAGER / BROKER IN CHARGE

Prominent, well known and very successful real estate company located in downtown Raleigh is seeking a highly qualified Residential Sales Manager / Broker in Charge. The Residential Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the residential sales division on a daily basis and will be responsible for the strategic growth, training and supervision of agents and leadership. This person will also be responsible for providing direction to all Sales Associates and Administrative support within the Sales Office. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

· Increase Sales for the Residential division

· Plan and conduct weekly Sales meetings
· Meet regularly with staff to promote open communication and discuss effectiveness of the organization while maintaining morale and motivation.
· Attend open houses, broker’s luncheons, and other real estate related events as needed.
· Dress professionally and conduct business with the highest ethics, business standards and abide all laws of governing Real Estate Association.
· Achieve financial goals and align assets to realize the benefits and opportunities of the marketplace.
· Create annual business plans to project volume of business.

 

This dynamic professional must be licensed in the State of NC, with a minimum of 3-years Real Estate Broker Experience (new home construction experience a plus.)
