Cushman & Wakefield is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:  Brokerage Intern Job Summary Advance your knowledge of commercial real estate in a highly entrepreneurial environment.  While guided by one of our senior brokers this summer internship provides exposure and experiences that include the management of a sale, exchange, rental, or lease of commercial real estate.  Principal Responsibilities Conduct research to identify best ways for Cushman and Wakefield to assist in satisfying client needs. Accompany and assist brokers at client meetings and with preparation for client meetings. Create tour agendas for perspective clients. Provide analytical support for cash flow and other financial analyses as well as gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys. Assist in the Preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and presentations of Cushman and Wakefield capabilities as well as proposed business terms to prospective clients. Qualifications and Required Skills Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or Marketing.Strong oral and written communication skills.Must have a highly professional presence, be a strong relationship builder and value an entrepreneurial environment. Must be analytical and a creative problem solver. Must be a self-starter, who is reliable, and gets things done as efficiently as possible.
