I.  TITLE:  Environmental Coordinator

 

II.  DEPARTMENT: Operations

 

III.  REPORTS TO:  Operations Manager and Manager Retail Operations

 

IV.  JOB DESCRIPTION: 

To police the assigned work areas ensuring all tables are clean, floor is free of debris, and chairs are clean and pushed to the table.  Ensure general housecleaning standards are met.

 

V.  EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School diploma or equivalent.  Additional education desirable.

 

VI.  SPECIAL SKILLS:

High energy level; pleasant manner.  Prior experience working with the general public is a plus.  Prior server experience a plus.

 

VII.  RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Clearing and cleaning of all tables, stools, trash receptacles and miscellaneous furniture.  Light polishing of trays and light polishing of floor areas.  Wet and dry mopping and broom sweeping.  Upon request from the supervisor, provide assistance with the delivery of goods to the merchants.
