Within this position you will: To serve as an information delivery manager coordinating between Customer Interaction and MIS/IT departments to support organization business needs. Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems used to support the organization. Formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Build and maintain relationships within organization business teams to align with the needs of the Customer Interaction area. Act as an escalation/contact point between end users and business teams. Evaluate options and plan/manage the implementation of enhanced business solutions. Develop and maintain quality procedures and measures to ensure appropriate documentation is in place. Keep abreast of IT developments to identify opportunities to apply to department/company goals. Act as Director administrator to set-up tasks, queues, and troubleshoot problems. Act as liaison with Telecommunications and MIS/IT to ensure continuity of service. Test phone lines, systems, and IVR accessibility. Work closely with management to evaluate department effectiveness and the services provided. Monitor service level agreements for client contracts as related to the Customer Interaction areas. Track various department activities and provide weekly/monthly reports to clients and/or Client Relations. Prepare daily/monthly senior management reporting packages. Monitor call traffic and schedule call distribution. Assist in call handling for both inbound and outbound customer calls. Oversee outbound calling programs and report results to management and clients. Maintain skill-sets for phone queues. Work with Risk Management in providing all required data for analysis. Oversee employees to evaluate development and overall job performance. Other duties as assigned.
To qualify, you must possess: 4 year college degree and/or 4-5 years related customer service delivery experience within the Mortgage Banking industry Ability to work with all levels of individuals as a team player or in a leadership role Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task Excellent critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills Experience in creating, updating, and maintaining product requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Fidelity (Alltel) system, Passport, Monarch, Paradox, Symposium, Director, FiServ, Meridian, Erlang, Access, and Cenbase (internal applicants only) We offer outstanding benefits which may include paid medical/dental/life insurance, 401k, employee ownership, tuition assistance, a supportive work environment, and genuine opportunities for advancement.
