Business Development

The Business Development Associate is responsible for identifying and generating new business for the Kennedy Wilson Auction Group.  This individual will research and solicit potential new contacts for auction business in a professional and ethical business environment.

Job Duties Include:
Research and cold-call clients for new business. Generate new leads and navigate within targeted organizations to contact decision makers. Schedule meetings with clients and Senior Business Development staff. Collect and analyze market data for each project. Create proposals for new business.

Necessary Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current Real Estate License Familiarity with mortgage banking and residential development preferred Previous experience in sales or marketing
