Business Development Group - Associate

Mohr Partners, Inc. is a tenant advocate that represents clients nationally and internationally in their commercial real estate transactions.  We currently seek bright, motivated and entrepreneurial candidates to join our Business Development Group at the Associate Level. We offer a competitive compensation package as well as thorough and ongoing training.

 

Position Description

·  Entry level commercial real estate sales position

·  Develop business through research and cold calling

·  Generate leads and schedule appointments

·  Attend training designed to educate Associates on all aspects of the business including selling techniques, commercial real estate knowledge, how to give presentations, etc.

 

Requirements

·  4-year college degree

·  Texas Real Estate License is a must!

·  High energy, motivated and an overachiever

·  Ability to see the "big picture" and work hard for rewards

·  Excellent time management skills

·  Prior sales experience (cold calling and lead generation is a plus)

 

Our Associate Program is the only one of its kind in the industry. It is a comprehensive 12-month program managed by brokers who share real experience.
