Location

Position will be based in Irvine, CA but will require some travel to other office locations.  This position may also include some out of town travel.

Summary

We are in search of a diligent and enthusiastic individual to join our Corporate IT Team.  The key job responsibilities include the following:

 

· Imports - As new users and systems want to use the SalesLogix system they will be bringing lists and databases of contact, customer and related data.

· Integrity – As the data ages often re-imports, extracts cleaning, de-duping and consistency checks will need to be run on a one off or scheduled basis.  This position will have the accountability to ensure that the data in the system is maintained in a usable fashion.

· Technical Support – SalesLogix is a relational database that synchronizes with other databases throughout the organization, and this position will be required to troubleshoot missing, corrupt or deleted data objects.

· Works in conjunction with developers to resolve problems and implement required changes to systems.

· Work in different time zones, provides ongoing training and education to CMN Global locations.

· Design and publish training materials, user guides and FAQ documents.

· Lead training classes at Colliers University.

Required Skills:

1. Ability to interact positively and effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, as well as with clients, prospects and vendors

2. Ability to work within a variety of hardware environments, and to manage from a client as well as a server perspective

3. Demonstrates project management skills

4. Encourages and supports leadership and growth in others

5. Excellent oral and written communication/language skills

6. Experience with MS SQL scripts and databases

7. Experience with Paribus, Inaport, TaskCentre or Scribe a plus

8. Experience with Technical support task and ticket reporting systems

9. Familiarity with client server architecture, local SQL/MSDE and access programs

10.  High level of initiative and customer service skills

11.  High school diploma required.  BS or BA degree in computer science, or related experience is a plus

12.  Strong troubleshooting capabilities

13.  Working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Server OS

14.  Ability to travel
