Closing Manager

A Real Estate management firm located in North Dallas has an immediate need for a Closing Manager.

Main responsibilities are:Work daily with closing agents, clients, real estate agents and brokers, foreclosing attorneys and title companies on title issues including delayed closings and instructions on processing transactions Review all pre-closing packages, following up with agents to maximize the efficiency of the closing process Send and track deeds requiring signature from third party owners Manage title review process ensuring accurate client title approval or rejection of title packages are provided Prepare and track extension requests and addenda changes Resolve title objections presented by buyers or title companies Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate or Finance preferred Minimum 3-5 yrs supervisory experience with 4 yrs preparing closing documents, title or similar work experience Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of professionals Effective analytical and reporting skills Intermediate user level in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Must be able to multi-task and thrive in a deadline driven environment Proven leadership ability
