Commercial Facilities Manager

H. Hovnanian Industries is seeking an experienced Facility manager with no less than 5 years of experience in managing multiple retail and office sites.  Needs to be computer literate, a self-motivator, organized, have a strong understanding of building systems and good interpersonal skills.  Corporate offices located in central NJ and all sites within 30 minutes of the corporate office.  When applying please be sure to send resume and salary history to lthomas@h-hovnanian.com
