Holmes Landscape Company is an award winning commercial landscape maintenance company known for its quality and expertise in the Landscape Maintenance Industry.  We are experiencing consistent strong growth and are positioning ourselves to continue this trend.  We have always been a profitable and stable company, doing business since 1974. We currently have a full time position opening for an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance - Supervisor.

Our Supervisors must have a strong work ethic, enjoy interacting with the workers and the public and have the ability to oversee multiple large commercial clients. The Landscape Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by effective management of the financial and human resources appropriated to them. The position ensures the performance of our high Quality Standards and the management of all resources to achieve confidence and exceptional service for their clients.



Our Landscape Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities are: To have the expertise and Horticultural skills required to properly maintain all properties to the high quality standards our clients have come to expect - includes performing complete weekly site inspections.

· Mentor and provide support to Foremen, Crew Leaders and crew team members to ensure effective implementation of our quality standards.

· Team Leader – develop and work with employees to build and sustain productive, positive teams. Includes hiring, training, evaluating and disciplining. Manages production to ensure top quality work using current horticultural practices, is being performed in a timely manner on properties, with teams working safely and efficiently. Complete customer satisfaction through effective, proactive actions and regular site visits. Setup and verify that proper water management procedures are being followed on all properties. Demonstrating role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting our Company.

· Must take a dedicated sense of ownership of their work and responsibilities.

· The ideal candidate will also be able to work a 45-55 hour work week.

 

Position Requirements:

• Customer service experience – proactive and able to identify and resolve customer concerns quickly.

· Strong work ethic, problem solver and solution driven.

· Effective oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to prioritize job duties and multi-task in a fast paced environment

· At least three (3) years of professional landscape maintenance supervisory experience.

· Bilingual (Spanish) a plus



Additional Experience Desired:

· Certifications in Landscape Maintenance and Irrigation

· Qualified Applicator License or Certificate
