If you are an experienced commercial mortgage broker or commercial loan officer working for a commercial bank, hedge fund or any other lender that is having difficulty providing capital for your clients, you have found your home. Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Develop and maintain relationships with direct borrowers and mortgage brokers through your current rolodex. Additionally, you will be required to continue to build your database of clients through trade show events, cold calling, internet marketing etc.

 Participate in our education/training program to understand CFA’s lending programs.

 Keep current with markets in order to continuously be familiar with commercial real estate values and trends throughout the country.

 Evaluate new investment proposals including initial valuation analysis and determination of investment strengths, weaknesses and mitigating factors. Propose appropriate investment structures and pricing to management and team members.

 Quote various investment alternatives to borrowers and negotiate transaction terms (e.g. loan amount, interest rate, amortization, recourse) and conditions. Issue applications in coordination with legal and closing resources.

 Perform transaction due diligence including review of leases, operating statements, market data, borrower financial information, and all other relevant data, filed appropriately.

 Educate clients on CFA’s lending products, services and procedures.

 Monitor pipeline and other sales activities through our state of the art sales contact management system to ensure quality loan origination production through your set of accounts.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 Minimum of 3 years experience in the commercial, mortgage industry. If you are a residential lender/broker, do not apply.

 Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and presentation skills

 Must be articulate, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Must have proven sales ability with strong goal orientation and demonstrated ability to overcome rejection. Must also demonstrate a proven track record of closing commercial loans over the past 3 years at a minimum.

 Excellent relationship building skills

 Willingness to earn large commissions.

 

 

 

 

Compensation:

 

This is a commission only position and payout will be derived from certification/experience. Once again, the earning potential is unlimited with no ceiling. We are not looking for individuals excited about earning 100K. Senior management has a proven track record of providing an environment for members of the sales organization to earn high 6 Figures to 7 Figure annual pay outs. We are serious about building and sharing wealth. This position is limited to a select group of individuals that fit our corporate model that align with CFA’s goals.
