Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a Property Manager for our Commercial Property Management Dept.


The Property Manager is responsible to maintain our management portfolio in daily maintenance issues, Vendor coordination, Tenant correspondence, Landlord care and procuring new accounts. Coordinate all aspects of property management including the development and maintenance of effective relationships with Tenants, Vendors and Landlords.

 

- Tenant turnovers including preparation of commencement letters, welcome packets and lease administration, facilitate fluid turnovers

- Act as liaison between tenant and landlord contractor in punch list walk-through and follow up

- Evaluate and oversee all service / property maintenance contracts

- Coordinate site repairs and maintenance

-Process Tenant billing

-   Processing Accounts Payable

- Collections of Accounts Payable

- Annual Budget Preparation

- Weekly Property inspections, inspection reporting

- Monthly Profit & Loss, Tenant Status reporting to Landlord, ensuring accurate data updates of any lease changes.

- Coordinate operating expense reconciliations

- Interpreting and enforcing lease agreements

 

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in property management, strong administrative skills, excellent communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work under pressure.  Positive attitude is a must.

 

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
