Commercial Real Estate - Experienced Leasing Agent

Penn-Florida is seeking an experienced commercial real estate leasing agent.  The responsibilities include handling an existing company portfolio of office and industrial products, developing a tenant representation portfolio, participating in the brokering of the purchase and sale of commercial properties, and building professional relationships in the South Florida market.  The position is located in the company's corporate headquarters in Boca Raton.

 

The successful candidate will have the following experience and capabilities:

  - Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License

  - Extensive office leasing experience with a high level of closing success

  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  - Stable job history within the industry

  - Active affiliations and networking successes

  - Above average competence in the structuring of lease transactions

  - Ability to participate in the training and development of new agents

  - Unblemished record of ethical practices within the real estate market
