5 years of Residential Property Management experience with 2 of those years being at the supervisor level required.
May also consider someone with 5 years property management experience with 3 of those years being at the Assistant Community Director level required. In addition, you must show an increase in your level of responsibility during that timeframe.
Knowledge of the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program preferred.
Yardi Voyager Residential Property Management or similar system experience preferred.
The ideal team member is organized; detail oriented, a quick learner, comfortable with computers, and strives in a fast paced sales environment. This team member must also enjoy interacting with people, developing team members and handling paperwork.
Basic Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Requirements:
As a Community Director your will have a wide variety of duties. You will plan, execute, and manage, the marketing, financial, and administrative operations and physical assets of assigned tax credit apartment community. Exercise considerable judgment to develop budgets and forecasts. Manage staff, and devise and execute plans to ensure expected level of return on investment through occupancy and retention rates, asset preservation, and regulatory compliance.
