Community Manager
Community Manager
Dominium Management Services, the largest, privately held management and development company in the Midwest, is seeking a multi tasking Community Manager for our community in Faribault.
The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the community, staffing, leasing and part time maintenance. Candidate must excel at handling multiple tasks and have 1-3 years experience in property management. Ability to work evenings/weekends is a must! Basic electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and boilers license is preferred. Ability to provide own tools and live on site is preferred, along with previous Section 42 experience and the ability to work on call.
