We are seeking 2 experienced Compliance Specialists.

The Compliance Specialist will process files for move-in or recertification, complete outstanding corrections as a result of file audits or reviews, offer support and one-on-one training with staff members on affordable housing paperwork, monitor and review files for accuracy and timely collection of paperwork required, ensure that recertifications are started and worked in a timely manner, assist with the due diligence compliance audits on upcoming tax credit acquisitions, assist with property takeovers, prepare & print all necessary forms, create required reports, train staff on forms, reports, calculations, etc., assist the procedures for qualifying residents of an acquisition property to determine current resident eligibility.

Requirements:

1 - 2 years' minimum experience
