Job Title: Concessions Account Specialist City: East Boston Description: Job Share - 22.5/hrs. a week
Manages a junior portfolio of airport concession contracts and leases including: managing RFP processes, assists in the production of lease documents, monitors tenant lease compliance and oversees the day-to-day operations of portfolio of concession accounts. Requirements: Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional work experience. 3 -5 years experience in project management. Experience in an airport concessions or retail related environment or customer service field preferred. Communication and marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated skill in word processing, spreadsheets, database applications and presentation software.
