CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Pyramid Management Group, Inc., one of the largest owners/managers of premier shopping centers in the Northeast is seeking highly motivated self starter to join development team as Construction Manager. Responsibilities include the coordination of various design professional in the preparation of bid documents, procurement of municipal permitting, preparation and distribution of bid packages, solicitation of interested bidders, negotiation of construction contract, project scheduling, project budgeting, cost estimating, and value engineering.
