We're looking for the absolute best and brightest to join our team of dedicated professionals as a Construction Project Engineer at our Menomonee Falls office. The Construction Project Engineer position is a key component in a career path to becoming a Construction Project Manager (CPM).

What you'll do: Assist CPMs and other team members to ensure construction projects meet time and cost objectives. Work with internal and external sources to ensure projects are completed according to plans. Provide overall support to construction and development efforts, including travel to project site locations. Establish working relationships with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities. Enter the learning path to become a Construction Project Manager.

What we need: A Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture. Zero to three years of experience. Knowledge of Prolog or similar project management software. Willingness to provide leadership and management. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. An overall “action orientation” and strong problem solving abilities. Ability to travel extensively and relocate.
